Open Access Policy

The journal Horizonte Sanitario actively promotes the dissemination of knowledge through the open access model. We are committed to ensuring that published articles are available in full text and free of charge on the internet, as well as to disseminating them through various open access indexing services.

Publication Costs (APC). To ensure that scientific knowledge is accessible to all, Horizonte Sanitario does not charge any fees at any stage of the process. Authors are not charged any fees for the submission, review, editing, or publication of manuscripts. Authors are exempt from any Article Processing Charges (APC) and manuscript submission fees.

License. All articles published in the journal are distributed under the Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial-ShareAlike 4.0 International (CC BY-NC-SA 4.0) license. This license allows the published work to be distributed, remixed, adapted, and built upon for non-commercial purposes, provided that appropriate credit is given to the original authors and the new creations are licensed under the same terms.
