  • Joan Carles March Cerdá, Andalusian School of Public Health

    Dr. in medicine, Master in public health and health administration, specialist in preventive medicine and public health, former director of the Andalusian School of Public Health in Granada Spain, director for Europe of the International Union for Health Promotion and Education ( 1999-2001), diploma in statistics from the Autonomous University of Barcelona.
