• Luis Vivanco, Rioja Health Foundation

  M.A., Ph.D. (Lima, Peru) is a Post-Doctoral researcher at the Center for Biomedical Research of La Rioja (CIBIR), where he is research coordinator of the Bioethics and Medical Education Platform. He is president of an International Master's Degree in Bioethics, which is carried out by an international collaborative consortium between CIBIR, the Ibero-American University Foundation (FUNIBER), in Spain, the Ibero-American International University (UNINI), in Mexico and Puerto Rico, and the European University of the Atlantic (UNEATLANTICO), in Spain. In 2016, he was appointed Director of the new National Documentation Center on Bioethics, an institutional initiative established by the Regional Government of La Rioja, in collaboration with the Spanish National Commission for Cooperation with UNESCO, and with the support of the Bioethics Division of the UNESCO.
