• Rosbel Toledo-Ortiz , Institute of Health for Wellbeing (INSABI)

  Surgeon, Specialist in General Surgery and Occupational Medicine. He has a Master of Science in Health Systems and a Doctor in Senior Management. Doctor Honoris Causa from the Kinneret Institute of Mexico. He was an Advisor in the Primary Health Care Unit and Head of the Strategy Office of the Medical Benefits Directorate of the Mexican Social Security Institute.

  He is currently Coordinator of Education and Training of Health Personnel of the National Medical Coordination Unit of the Health Institute for Wellbeing.
