Author Biographies

  • Roberto Tapia-Conyer, National Autonomous University of Mexico, Mexico

    Doctor, Master in Public Health and Doctor of Science, he has led the design, development and national implementation of Digital Health platforms. He is a professor at the Faculty of Medicine of the UNAM, a member of the Digital Health Working Group of the Broadband Commission for Sustainable Development of the United Nations Organization, he is a member of the Mexican Academy of Sciences, of the National Academy of Medicine of Mexico and the National Academy of Surgery and the National System of Researchers with the highest degree (Level III). He has made more than 270 scientific publications in high-impact journals, and has almost 5,000 citations to his work.

  • Rodrigo Saucedo-Martínez, Carlos Slim Foundation, Mexico

    Economist with 15 years of experience in the development of innovations in Digital Health and their implementation as public health policies. She has coordinated the development of more than 20+ digital platforms and 10+ analytical models. He is co-author of more than 25 publications in high-impact scientific journals, and has been a speaker in national and international forums on Digital Health and public policy.
